1. A Distributor shall not make any medical claim for any Product nor prescribe a Product for any ailment.
2. A Distributor is liable for false claims, which may lead to disciplinary action, suspension, or termination.
3. Represent Products, Services, and Opportunity ethically and professionally.
4. No inaccurate representation relating to price, grade, quality, or liability.
5. No unreasonable or misleading earnings claims. No income guarantees.
6. No promises that cannot be verified or fulfilled.

Deceptive and over-claim posts on personal websites/social media may expose the distributor to legal risk and may also risk the DXN organization.

It is strictly prohibited to promote, distribute, or sell any DXN Products manufactured/distributed for a particular country into another country without written approval.

Relevant clauses:

• 3.7 (f)(g): Termination may occur for selling/distributing other country’s products in an established DXN market.
• 11.2: Strictly prohibited unless written approval from DXN is obtained.

Distributors are liable and responsible for such activity, and may face disciplinary action including suspension or termination.
