Shipping & Returns Policy
This policy is provided in accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
- Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM (local time) to be eligible for same-day processing.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Same-day shipping is a best-effort service and is not guaranteed.
Payments & Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the credit card or other approved payment method for:
- The full order amount
- Applicable taxes
- Shipping and optional services selected
All prices and charges are fully disclosed prior to checkout, in compliance with Ontario consumer disclosure requirements.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Customers must inspect all orders immediately upon delivery.
- Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims must include a clear photo taken inside the shipping box showing the damage.
- Claims, refunds, or replacements cannot be accepted after 48 hours.
If no issue is reported within 48 hours, the order will be considered received in acceptable condition, as permitted under Ontario consumer law.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped using Canada Post ou par UPS.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Once shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information provided.
Delivered Packages & Transfer of Responsibility (Ontario)
Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery.
Delivery confirmation may include:
- Carrier delivery scan
- GPS confirmation
- Photo proof of delivery
If a shipment is sent without signature required, the order is considered delivered once confirmed by the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery, including theft from doorsteps, lobbies, or mail areas.
Shipping Insurance
- Shipping insurance is not included by default.
- Insurance is available at an additional cost through the carrier.
- Insurance must be requested at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to uninsured shipments, as permitted under Ontario law when disclosed in advance.
Home Deliveries
Customers may choose optional services such as:
- Signature-required delivery
- Shipping insurance
Customers are responsible for:
- Tracking shipments
- Avoiding missed deliveries
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly if delivery issues arise
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, the customer must contact the carrier immediately to request an investigation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
For apartments or condos, customers must include:
- Unit or suite number
- Apartment number or letter
- Buzzer or access code (if applicable)
We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Undelivered, Refused, or Returned Shipments
Any shipment that is undelivered, refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender will incur additional shipping charges for return and re-delivery.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are disclosed in advance.
Canada Post – “Do Not Safe Drop”
- Customers may request “Do Not Safe Drop” at the time of ordering.
- If not requested, Canada Post may leave the package in a safe location at their discretion.
UPS Access Point / Mailbox Deliveries
- Shipping to a UPS Access Point is recommended to avoid missed or stolen deliveries.
- Customers must collect packages within the carrier’s allowed pickup period.
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender will incur additional shipping charges.
- Valid government-issued ID and tracking number are required for pickup.
Winter & Cold Weather – Juice Products
Juice products include Morinzhi, Morinzyme, and Cordypine.
- Customers are encouraged to place orders early in the week during cold months.
- UPS Access Point delivery is strongly recommended if the customer will not be home.
- Juice products may freeze during transit due to weather conditions.
Important Disclosure:
- Juice shipments are not insured by default.
- Damage caused by freezing is at the customer’s own risk.
- Frozen or weather-damaged juice products are not refundable or replaceable unless shipping insurance was purchased at the time of ordering.
COVID-19 Notice
Shipping carriers follow enhanced sanitation and safety protocols. Customers are advised to sanitize packages before bringing them into their home.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to proper processing and packaging of orders.
We are not liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Loss or theft after delivery confirmation
- Weather-related damage without insurance
- Returned or unclaimed shipments
- Issues caused by incorrect address information
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer confirms that these Terms & Conditions were made available before checkout, all material terms were clearly disclosed, and the customer agrees to be bound by this policy.
