Refund & Return Policy

At DXN Canada, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Opened, used, or damaged items not caused by shipping are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return

Return instructions will be provided within 1–2 business days. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- The wrong item was shipped
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened health or consumable products
- Used personal care items
- Clearance or final sale items
